ERP registers, cash flow records, PDC information, bank facility records, reports, and related uploaded files may contain confidential business information. Access is restricted to authorized users within the applicable organization.
Supported imports are validated before processing. Direct public access to tenant media storage should remain disabled in production; protected files are served through authenticated application routes.
The production package includes scheduled database and media backup tooling with a default 14 day retention period. Operators should place or replicate backups to a separate protected storage location and perform periodic restore drills.
Organization administrators can export their tenant data. Deletion requests should be verified by the platform administrator and processed according to contractual, legal, and backup retention requirements.
